Prohibited Use — You may NOT:

• Use for illegal purposes or infringe IP rights
• Transmit malware or attempt unauthorized access
• Harvest data without permission or use bots/scrapers
• Impersonate, harass or harm others

3. AI Chatbot Terms

Our chatbot assists with inquiries. Conversations are logged for improvement.

• Provides general info, not professional advice
• AI-generated responses may not be 100% accurate
• No legal/financial/medical advice
• Do NOT use offensive language or share sensitive info unnecessarily

4. Service Agreements & Payments

Project Scope & Client Responsibilities

• Deliverables, timelines, & milestones
• Provide timely feedback & accurate info
• Respond within timeframes

Fees

• Pay per agreed schedule (USD or EGP)
• Late payments incur fees
• Prices exclude taxes unless stated
• Generally no refunds for completed work

5. IP, Warranties & Liability

Intellectual Property

All content owned by Doublybusiness. Upon full payment, clients own deliverables per agreement. We retain rights to reusable components.

Limitation of Liability

• Services provided AS IS
• Not liable for indirect/consequential damages or lost profits
• Total liability limited to fees paid in last 12 months

6. Termination & Disputes

These Terms governed by laws of Egypt. Disputes resolved in Cairo courts.

• Negotiation: First attempt good faith negotiation (30 days)
• Arbitration: Binding arbitration in Cairo if negotiation fails
• Termination: Stop using Services anytime. We may terminate for violations.
